Social Activation Senior Brand Manager

Job Description:

Social Media Strategy Development: Lead planning and execution of brand campaigns on social platforms (e.g., RED and Douyin) to drive eCommerce traffic and conversion rates.Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage content strategies to ensure relevance and alignment with target audience interests and brand messaging.Brand Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute brand activation campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market share.Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with celebrities, key opinion leaders, and agencies to achieve business objectives.Budget Management & Continuous Improvement: Create and manage the social media budget, optimizing resource allocation while staying informed about industry trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.


Requirements:

At least 3 years of working experience in Social/digital marketing and Brand Management in Consumer goods industry, with a proven track record in holistic campaign planning and social media strategy particularly on platforms like RED and Douyin.Experience in the beauty and skincare industry is preferred.Bachelor’s degree or higher; proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is required.A goal-oriented individual with a strong can-do attitude and self-motivated accountability.Strong leadership capabilities and excellent collaboration skills to align diverse teams towards common objectives.
