The Opportunity:
As a CACI Target Development Analyst supporting Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR), you will serve as a technical lead on large, complex projects within a Special Operations Task Force (SOTF). You will develop new solutions, processes, and standards while communicating with parties external to the organization, and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations, the interagency, and its community of interest (COI). You will be responsible for providing production, guidance, coaching, and mentoring within a Special Operations Task Force technical area of Collection Management. You will initiate new collection management requirement processes and implement improved collection management program methodologies when required. At the same time, ensuring inputs are coordinated from other functional groups and technical personnel.
Responsibilities:
As a Target Development Analyst you will support SOCEUR priorities in the EUCOM AOR; utilize all source analytical tools (Voltron, FADE/MIST, RMT or TAC, National Production Workshop), intelligence databases, and a deep understanding of Critical Factors Analysis (CFA) methodology to research, analyze, author, and brief systems analysis products to the client, with an emphasis on identifying and highlighting critical vulnerabilities. Identify gaps to drive future collection and disseminate information relevant to SOCEUR J2 production and requests for support.

Support Key Leader Engagement (KLE) activities and briefingsDevelop and/or recommend innovative analytical approaches and solutions to problems and situations.Identify intelligence gaps and collection requirements to fill gaps and evaluate intelligence collected in response to requirements.Conduct research, analyze, and create products/reports from multiple intelligence and operational sources to provide situational awareness of critical SOCEUR J2, IA, and or community-wide efforts involving military service, Department of Defense (DoD), National, and international level intelligence elements

The proposed salary range for this position is:
