Job DescriptionAgile Coaching & Facilitation
Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.Coach the Development Team and Product Owner in self-organization and cross-functionality.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.Team Support & Leadership
Foster a positive team environment and high team morale.Help the team remove impediments and blockers.Encourage collaboration, transparency, and accountability.Support conflict resolution and team dynamics.Process & Standards Alignment
Ensure adherence to Bosch’s internal standards, processes, and compliance requirements.Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.Support project management tasks such as budget tracking, risk reporting, and documentation.Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share best practices and drive Agile excellence.Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.Facilitate communication between the team and external stakeholders.Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Business management, or Information TechnologiesMinimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT projectsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworksAbility to manage impediments and drive continuous improvement.Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent certificationExperience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.Proficient in English communicationAdditional InformationWhy BOSCH?
