Position Overview:
The Digital Technologies Senior Manager – Product Management is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of digital products and technology solutions that serve the business goals and drive innovation.
The role oversees the full product lifecycle – from ideation and research to development, launch and improvement – ensuring alignment with strategic business and technical goals.
Job Description:
• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital technology solutions.
• Participate in defining and executing the digital product strategy in alignment with the business goals.
• Prioritize product initiatives and features in alignment with the digital technologies strategy.
• Lead product demos to the key business stakeholders.
• Facilitate the onboarding process onto the product for the business units, in collaboration with the key representatives, ensuring alignment and adoption.
• Oversee product governance by ensuring compliance with legal, compliance, security and data policies.
• Stay ahead of emerging digital technologies, trends and best practices.
• Drive innovation in digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new technologies.
• Use Agile Scrum methodology and work with Scrum teams to develop and enhance digital solutions
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization of user stories and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment between stakeholders
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Lead user research, prototyping and testing efforts to ensure a successful high-quality product delivery.
• Leverage data analytics to optimize digital solutions performance
• Define and track key product success metrics to measure usage, adoption and business impact of the delivered digital solutions
