Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Snr Manager – Road Safety Performance Improvement to join our team!

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:

Design and deliver education and awareness initiatives to campaigns to enhance knowledge of road safety risk and opportunities.Devise and manage discrete projects and initiatives, including presentations to senior committees for approval and budget.Ensure that global lessons, advancements, and effective road safety initiatives and captured and assessed for deployment at QiddiyaDesign and deliver strategies to ensure the right level of engagement and consultation with stakeholders takes place.Ensure that program wide stakeholders road safety related risks, issues and opportunities are captured.Advise on safety in design, roadside hazard & speed management, work zone traffic management, vulnerable road user safety (micro-mobility), crash investigation, crash analysis, post-crash care, road safety audit, International Road Safety Assessment (iRAP) and road safety management.Ensure all disciplines understand and implement the principles of the Safe System Approach (Safe Roads/Roadsides, Safe Speeds, Safe Road Users, Safe Vehicles and Post Crash Response. Contribute to Qiddiya’s target of zero mobility injuries and the casualty reduction targets within the KSA 2030 Vision.Support on budget development, cost estimations and forecasts for any safety projects.Manage the relationship with contracted third-party design companies and key stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation.

What is required from you:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field such as TransportationMin. 10 years of relevant experience with proven Middle East experience preferred.
