**Introduction** As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results. **Your role and responsibilities** · Work on Technology projects - installation, configuration, upgrade, migration, conversion, greenfield implementation, integration with other systems · Provide BASIS support for projects involving S/4HANA · Provide architectural guidance on cloud migration (AWS, GCP, Azure, IBM) · Design end-to-end security for SAP on premise and SAP Cloud based applications including two factor authentications and single sign-on from anywhere on any device · Troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems · Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs. · Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines. · Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuously learn about SAP products **Required technical and professional expertise** · 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA and HANA solutions, migrations, and conversions. · Min 4 project experience with Selective Data Transition with SNP tools · 5+ years working with SAP customers to define migration/conversion project requirements, approaches, and / or roadmaps · Hands on implementation and conversion experience for S/4HANA solutions. · SAP Basis - Current hands-on experience on Technical Planning, Installations, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, Unicode Conversions for SAP NetWeaver platform, and SAP HANA. · Deep knowledge of SAP HANA in-Memory Platform core technology, including architecture, landscape design, installation, upgrades, performance tuning, and system integration. · Excellent problem-solving skills. · Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. · Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines. · Experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment. **Preferred technical and professional experience** · SNP CrystalBridge Knowledge IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
