The Snowsports Instructor raises the next generation of alpine downhill enthusiasts. No matter a guest's skill level, discipline, or age, someone from this team is ready to clip or strap in and share their insight.
This role is all about inspiring others through skiing or snowboarding, creating meaningful experiences, and helping guests connect with the culture and community of the mountain. Instructors focus on safety, skill-building, and delivering top-notch service. While most instructors are assigned to either adult or children's lessons based on their strengths and needs, flexibility is key. You'll be helping out with guests of all levels and abilities, supporting the team wherever needed.
This is a Full-Time, Part time, or On Call Seasonal position with employee housing available starting at $325/month.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional guest service at all times
Teach group and/or private lessons to various age groups and skill levels
Support the team with operational tasks off the hill
Act as a resort ambassador promoting safety and positivity
Help maintain and set up on-hill infrastructure including signage, fencing, and equipment
Operate magic carpets following safety guidelines and training
Educate guests on resort offerings and programming
Follow instructions and carry out daily responsibilities
Keep Snowsports facilities clean and guest-ready
What We’re Looking For:
A guest service mindset with an outgoing, friendly attitude
Excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of safe practices and ethical behavior
Team players who bring positivity to group dynamics
Ability to stay calm, composed, and professional under pressure
Physically able to ski/snowboard in all weather for extended periods
Able to lift 50 lbs and meet physical demands of the role
Able to pass a background check
Availability on weekends and holidays is required
