Snow Ticket Coordinator
Description "Coordinates routine projects that support department or functional initiatives, provide calendar support to one or more leaders and/or a team Provides support for meetings, training, seminars and activities for department Serves as a point of contact for departmental inquiries and responds or escalates as appropriate Assists with on boarding of new partners Performs administrative tasks or projects such as tracking budgets, invoice coding, tracking travel expenses, generating reports and identifying variances, updating databases, etc 1 to 2 years. S Additional Skills & Qualifications Key projects: • Picking up the extra workload as needed Possibility for Extension or conversion: possible Daily Responsibilities: • Processing compliance cases • Splitting between the two managers • Working on intake forms • Working on confidential lists • Process SNOW and CRM documents • Sending out emails to managers • Working within a compliance system (more than 1) Interaction level with team: • Highly collaborative Technology requirements?: • Microsoft suite • SNOW • Excel general proficiency Years experience?: • 1-2 years Required Skills?: • Communication • Working with NDA work • Working individually • Cross functional • Compliance experience (highly preferred) • Critical thinking • Research skills • Onboarding support Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
