**Description** **The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here.** **Job Summary** + The Snow Truck Driver is responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal. This on-call position requires availability for shifts ranging from 6 to 12 hours, often scheduled overnight depending on the snow event. Extended hours may be required during major storm events. The snow removal season begins with the first snowfall. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Operate a variety of snow removal equipment, including pow and box trucks, ATVs with plows, snow blowers, shovels, and e-pokes (salt spreaders), to ensure safe and efficient clearing of the designated areas. + Work with sidewalk crews to complete snow removal assignments safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. **Education and Experience:** + 3 years of commercial experience using a plow truck or salt truck. + 3+ years of commercial snow experience using Skid-Steer, Front End Loader, Backhoe, or equivalent vehicles with plows and snow containment boxes. + 18 years of age or older + A valid and clean driver's license with no restrictions (CDL is NOT required) + Work well under pressure while observing safety guidelines. + Have a smart phone (to download and use our attendance tracker App) + Dependable transportation. + Attendance at and successful completion of required training, as well as passing a background check are mandatory. + Able to lawfully work in the USA. **Physical Demands/Requirements:** + Be able to lift, push, or carry 50 to 60 pounds without restriction. + Be able to work outdoors in freezing and wet weather conditions. Must have proper attire. **Work Environment:** + Outdoor work environment during the winter snow season + Shifts are on-call and range from 6 to 12 hours and are often overnight depending on the storm event.
