Kforce has a client in need of a SMTP Applications/Network Specialist in Montebello, CA. Responsibilities: * Provide technical support in person, by phone, and electronically; assist peers with complex issues * Troubleshoot and resolve system software and workflow problems for internal and external users * Manage SFTP-related support tickets across teams * Deliver professional end-user support with logical problem-solving * Maintain and standardize documentation, forms, integrations, and system files * Perform daily diagnostics and ensure system availability * Coordinate infrastructure changes with IT, following change management protocols * Lead assigned projects and validate new integrations and workflows * Create and implement system and workflow documentation * Drive enhancements through analysis, design, and testing
