Summary: Seeking a skilled SMT Rework Technician experienced in soldering and reworking Surface Mount Technology components on printed circuit boards.
Requirements:
Proven experience soldering SMT components
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Familiarity with ESD safety practices
Preferred Skills:
IPC certification is a plus
Responsibilities:
Perform rework and repair of SMT components on PCBs using soldering tools and techniques
Inspect and identify defective components and solder joints
Use magnification tools and microscopes to ensure precision and quality
Follow detailed work instructions and schematics
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues
Pay: 15-18

Pay Details: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
