SMT Process Engineer (1st shift)

Summary: Seeking an SMT Process Engineer to implement and sustain PCB assembly processes using Surface Mount and Thru-Hole Technology.

Requirements:

BS Degree required 10 years of hands-on experience with customer interaction Experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Experience with Thru-Hole Technology Experience in PCB assembly

Job Responsibilities:

Implement and sustain equipment and processes for PCB assembly Design, develop, specify, install, organize, document, implement, and maintain equipment for PCBs in various enclosures Drive process improvements to enhance production quality, efficiency, and reliability Collaborate with internal teams to support manufacturing goals

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with IPC industry standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001)

Pay Details: $60.00 to $75.00 per hour
