SMT Line Operator III

Summary: Seeking an experienced SMT Line Operator III to set up and operate SMT lines, ensuring quality standards and troubleshooting machine issues.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Three or more years of relevant experience Ability to read and understand basic work instructions Basic computer skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with soldering including SMT and through hole Familiarity with AOI equipment Experience with Pick and Place machines or similar in a machine operator role Knowledge of IPC J-STD and IPC-A-610 standards

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Fuzion and/or Genesis SMT lines Inspect assemblies for solder quality and component accuracy Troubleshoot intermediate-level machine problems Provide feedback to Production Group Lead Partner with Technicians and Engineering on complex equipment issues Ensure all quality requirements are met or exceeded Act as a back-up trainer to the Production Specialist

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
