SME - Operations - Mechanical

Mechanical Systems Management:

Lead and manage the daily operations of mechanical systems, including HVAC, CRAC units, chillers, pumps, and other infrastructure, ensuring they operate optimally with minimal downtime.

Efficiency & Sustainability:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the energy efficiency, performance, and sustainability of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with relevant environmental standards and regulations.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Oversee the regular maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems, ensuring rapid resolution of issues and minimizing impact on operations.

Cross Functional Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute mechanical system upgrades, retrofits, expansions, and capital projects while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Technical Leadership:

Provide subject matter expertise, technical guidance, and mentorship to the mechanical operations team, encouraging skill development and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and mechanical system best practices, conducting regular safety audits to maintain compliance.

Audits and Assessments:

Conduct periodic audits, performance assessments, and risk evaluations to identify areas for operational improvement, implementing corrective and preventive measures as necessary.

Technology & Innovation:

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory developments, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and optimization in mechanical operations.

Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare detailed reports and technical presentations on mechanical system performance, audits, and strategic recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.

Incident Resolution [P0]:

Develop and implement effective incident response protocols and workflows. Ensure timely troubleshooting, and resolution of issues to minimize service disruptions with proper CAPA

Design Validation [L0] and withnessing T&C Activities [L4 & L5]:

Ensure no SPOF and gaps in the design and ensure SOO & IST are aligned

Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Team Development:

Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Work Experience:

14-18 years of experience in the data centers industry
