For International Cars Services (ICS), supplier payments are one of the most important business growth strategies. SME AD Industry Specialization Team plays an important role in achieving the business strategy. The mission of this position is to provide consultation sales to existing business card members to encourage them to use cards for all expenses, including purchases, and to increase the amount of card spend. Supplier payments, will work with various departments and teams within the company to achieve a win-win-win situation between AMEX, card members, and supplier. In addition, Leading own performance result to accelerate acquiring iA (Up Sell/Fee Supp/White Supp/SBS X-Sell/MGM) and maximizing SBS managed Portfolio grows by consulting sales Mainly approach members by phone, but may also visit them to conduct negotiations. We will also have the opportunity to hold meetings with supplier and conduct joint sales. **Qualification** - Ability to lead a high performing sales team and able to provide own leadership - Strong will to win mindset (Strong commitment to achieve business goal) - Ability to manage portfolio and make own pipeline management with PDCA - Provide Sales and Negotiation skills (especially Internal Acquisition) - Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams. - Ability to drive results and solve problems with Growth Mind Set - Team player and excellent communication skill to work with colleague across the lines - Create a positive team environment with communication skills - Deep knowledge about the card benefits/services for SBS product - Excellent oral and written communication in Japanese is mandatory **Qualifications** We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
