**Description and Requirements**
Console Management
+ Perform remote console management
+ Monitor any events/system messages and batch jobs
+ Ensure failure jobs are properly logged with the IT Service Management system
+ Call relevant support according to the nature of the incidents
+ Re-run failure jobs/Control-M after applying the 1st level fix
+ Adhere to SMC Security Policy
1st Level Support
+ Report and attend to calls/email assigned
+ Create a record in Service Management System (REMEDY)
+ Served as a coordinator during incident/problem management
+ Update/open/close the job scheduler
+ Adhere to SMC Security Policy
