Job Title: SMB Roadrunner for HP Job Description **We’re currently recruiting on behalf of HP for a dynamic SMB Roadrunner to join their team and be based at their local HP office and from home.** This is an exciting opportunity to represent a global tech leader and work directly within their environment. As part of HP’s FY25/26 initiatives, HP is launching the SMB Roadrunner program in Sweden, aimed at driving partner engagement and Premium product growth in the SMB segment. The role involves extensive travel across Sweden to meet with partners and resellers. **As the SMB Roadrunner** , you will lead partner engagement, training, and activation efforts across Sweden, focusing on SMB resellers. This role supports HP’s strategic objectives in PC Premium and AI solutions, contributing directly to the Nordics' FY26 targets. **We’re looking for a dynamic and channel-savvy professional** who thrives on building strong business relationships and driving partner success. In this role, you’ll engage with SMB partners, resellers, and distribution teams - both over the phone and in person- creating meaningful, results-driven conversations. Your solid understanding of IT channel structures, distribution models, and SMB reseller dynamics will be key to supporting and expanding our partner network. You’ll be confident using CRM tools to log activity, track pipelines, manage partner profiles, and produce accurate, actionable reports. With the ability to quickly learn and clearly communicate the value of HP and Intel products, programs, and tools, you’ll play a central role in enabling our partners for success. We value adaptability and initiative, so we’re looking for someone proactive—able to identify new opportunities, reactivate dormant accounts, and respond swiftly to shifting campaign priorities. We offer a car allowance to cover travel expenses. If you're ready to make a real impact in the channel and help partners grow with industry-leading technology, we’d love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** · Engage Power and Synergy partners through weekly meetings and training. · Deliver product training and support NPIs. · Facilitate end-user meetings (including F2F when requested). · Execute activation campaigns, SPIFFs, and webinars. · Represent Intel at partner IT fairs and events. · Ensure strategic geographical coverage and partner outreach. · Track KPIs and report on partner engagement and revenue impact. **Qualifications** : · Experience in channel sales or SMB partner management. · Strong knowledge of HP Premium/AI solutions. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Willingness to travel within Sweden. · Fluent in Swedish and English. · A valid driver’s license and access to your own car are required, as you will be regularly visiting our partners across Sweden.
