What will you do?
The Smartwool Graphic Designer works as a member of our Creative team who will report into the Associate Creative Director. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing various digital and traditional marketing needs for the Smartwool brand.

You love to collaborate but are also a self-starter that can work independently. You approach every project as if it’s going to be the new star of your portfolio and you don’t let setbacks get in your way or affect your approach. You keep up with design, process, production, photography, social and digital trends on a regular basis. You have a passion for problem solving and utilize your design skills to create the best solution for any platform, substrate, or communication type.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, execute, and deploy various creative deliverables as briefed
Collaborate with the larger Creative team to translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established seasonal design language and brand identity
Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with Creative, Brand and Wholesale Marketing, Ecommerce, and other team members, meeting deadlines and scheduling project implementation based on workload
Execute against integrated marketing projects for wholesale retail and other print production projects
Lead all graphic design for emails, digital advertising, content, and social engagement needs, etc.
Oversee graphic design on assigned projects like point-of-purchase signage, print ads, etc.
Manage final art production to ensure files are print-ready and built to correct specifications
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and varying timelines
What you’ll need:
Bachelor of Fine Arts – Graphic Design preferred
3-4+ years of business experience
Breadth of design experience including brand, digital, print, retail, social media
Background in digital advertising, print production and page layout
Experience in composition and layout design
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead and manage multiple projects and tasks
Ability to provide rationale for executed work as defined by Creative Brief
Strong knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Suite
Ability to prioritize work based on deadlines and efficiencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with motion graphics, animation & front-end web design a plus!

Hiring Range:
$56,160.00 USD - $70,200.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
