Technical Lead - SmartCOMM - ( Required overlap with EST timings till Noon) 8+ years of experience with SmartCOMM Integration knowledge, specifically with Guidewire Strong CCM development experience Proficient in SmartCOMM modules: Projects, Design Templates, Layouts, Stylesets, Data Model, Script Library, Migrate Studio, CMS Knowledge of Smart Communications Appliance Configuration and Deployment Models Experience generating interactive communications leveraging draft editor Exposure to Smart Communication APIs Ability to prepare XML/JSON data schemas and mapping to business data objects Expertise in creating static layouts for print and responsive layouts for web Experience in creating batch configurations and output configurations for post-processing Experience with Java/J2EE, APIs, and web services Good exposure of Smart Communications Tenancies and Appliances Experience with Administration activities such as - Template Selector, Output processing, managing ownership of resources, Managing users and groups, Version management, Workflow, and release of projects Experience in designing and developing multi-channel (Print, web/html, email, archive, SMS, Fax etc.) communications. Experience in dynamic data import. Prepare and produce releases of software components. Knowledge of AMS/ITIL framework Responsibilities Respond to L1,L2 and L3 incidents. Triage issues and content, data and integration layer and arrive a temporary fix and analyze the root cause. Analyze requirements and develop forms Conduct unit testing and support end-to-end testing and business validation Participate in meetings with stakeholders and clients Coordinate daily with team members and onsite lead/architect Collaborate with team and client business stakeholders Develop and document form designs and specifications, including usage rules, data mapping, variable logic, templates, styles, and layouts
