Job DescriptionSupport the Industrial Engineering team in data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve process efficiencyAssist in time studies, workflow analysis, and ergonomic layout updatesTrack and analyze data using SAP, Excel, or Power BIContribute to continuous improvement projects and engineering-related initiativesSupport the coordination and administration of digital transformation work packages

Qualifications3rd or 4th-year student in Industrial EngineeringGood command of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; proactive and positive mindsetCurious and eager to learn, staying updated on industry trends and sharing ideas with the teamGood communication skills and a collaborative mindsetBasic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantageFamiliarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud) is preferredVery good command of Turkish and English
