Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic university student to join our team as a Graphic Designer Smart Start. Candidates should be enrolled in programs related to Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, or related fields and be available to work at least three days per week.

Your contribution to something big:

Create, design, and edit visual content, including videos, motion graphics, animations, social media posts, infographics, and presentations aligned with brand guidelinesTake an active role in the entire video production workflow, from editing and motion graphics to post-production and final delivery.Support content publishing, perform basic SEO tasks, and create social media content using marketing automation tools (HubSpot)Assist the marketing team with daily administrative and digital tasks.

Qualifications

Academic Background

3rd-year undergraduate students in marketing fields (Radio, Television and Cinema, Graphic Design, Visual Communication / Visual Communication Design, Communication & Media Studies or equivalent fields)

Technical Skills

Proficiency in the following Adobe Creative Cloud programs:

Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe Premiere ProAdobe After EffectsAdobe InDesign

Intermediate knowledge of:

Video production and editing
(Ability to manage editing workflows, cut, combine and enhance footage, and contribute to post-production tasks)Motion graphics and animation
(Capability to create basic to intermediate animations, transitions and visual effects)

Additional Skills:

Solid hands-on experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel – especially for preparing visual presentations and reports)Familiarity with Generative AI tools (image creation, design enhancement or video assistance)

Soft Skills

Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesCreative mindset with strong attention to detailReal interest in Digital Marketing and Visual CommunicationQuick learner, proactive, responsibleProblem-solving attitude with integrity and professionalismExcellent command of written and spoken English
