Strategic investment projects with real impact on the future of manufacturing

Combination of technology, organisation, communication and leadership

Room for autonomy but also a strong background within the process engineering team

Qualifications for the Role

Experience in managing complex projects in manufacturing, automation or technical environments

Ability to independently manage a project from A to Z

Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills

Systemic and analytical thinking, common sense

English language (for project communication)

Advantage: knowledge of manufacturing systems, Lean, Six Sigma, agile management
