About the team:

We are looking for a Smart Factory Intern. This person is responsible for the Digitalization projects involving web developing and citizen developer with tools like Power platform creating interfaces and direct consulting’s for KPI’s for Operation Team (Maintenance \ Production \ Quality \ Logistics). Be part of the new organization structure for the Industry 4.0 and Digitalization for Division U and Monterrey Plant.

 

What you can look forward to as a Smart Factory Intern:

Be part of implementation of Shopfloor Solutions and related devices which are needed to fulfill production processes. Participate in different programs such as, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, 5´S etc. Manufacturing shopfloor project implementation on site. Create and maintain kpi dashboards using tools like PowerBI. Create and maintain department documentation.

 

Your Profile as a Smart Factory Intern:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mechatronics, or Electronics. Analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven mindset. Experience with MS Office and ability to manage multiple tasks independently and in teams. Good level of English proficiency is desirable. Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and of Lean Manufacturing (Industry 4.0, IoT, AR/VR, Big Data, Machine Learning). Windows Server, Oracle SQL, MS SQL, Visual Studio knowledge is desirable. Familiarity with development tools and frameworks: Visual Studio, MS SQL, C#, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint is desirable. Willingness to learn and support ERP and MES systems.
