Your journey to a meaningful career starts with ZF LIFETEC Responsabilities + Implement, develop, and configure new automation projects in the production process. + Minimize downtime in the production process by following escalation procedures for unresolved issues. + Configure automation systems according to client specifications (internal and external) and team standards. + Provide technical support to users in using automation systems. + Document automation processes/projects. + Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel. + Interact efficiently with other support levels within the organization when necessary. + Respond to support requests outside administrative hours via the service mobile phone. + Maintain confidentiality of information encountered through the role. + Work individually and/or in a team to resolve or delegate issues. + Report the existing situation to the manager at regular intervals. + Work according to priorities assigned by the direct manager. + Bring unresolved issues to the manager's attention. + Adhere to the 5S principle in all aspects of work. + Comply with internal regulations, collective labor contract, and health and safety instructions. + Comply with and maintain IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 systems related to the workplace. Required Skills & Experience + Academic degree in technical field or equivalent + 3+ years of experience in implementing, developing, and configuring automation processes. + Allen-Bradley PLC Skills + Studio 5000 Logix Designer: Proficiency in using Studio 5000 for programming and configuring Allen-Bradley PLCs. + Ladder Logic Programming: Ability to create and interpret ladder logic diagrams. + Hardware Troubleshooting: Skills in diagnosing and fixing hardware issues with Logix 5000 controllers. + Tag Creation and Management: Expertise in creating and managing tags within the PLC environment. + Communication Protocols: Knowledge of communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP and DeviceNet. + Safety Systems: Understanding of integrating safety relays and working with fail-safe PLCs like GuardLogix. + Siemens PLC Skills + TIA Portal: Proficiency in using Siemens TIA Portal for programming and configuring Siemens PLCs. + Structured Control Language (SCL): Ability to program using SCL for complex operations, array manipulations, and string processing.
