Small Business Sales Executive, Amazon One Medical
Description One Medical is seeking a Small Business Sales Representative who will be responsible for bringing in new business with clients ranging in size from 10 to 500 employees in the San Francisco Bay area. Over the last decade One Medical has established relationships with employer groups nationally, and we are now seeing the results - companies who provide One Medical as a part of their benefits package have healthier employees. As we enter our next chapter, we want to scale these initiatives and broaden our reach nationally. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will work cross-functionally with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders to develop and drive sales strategy for your assigned territory. Key job responsibilities Research target companies in your region to identify buying signals, trends, and opportunities Outbound prospecting via phone, email and other channels Selling directly to businesses within your territory; building relationships with decision-makers up to the C-suite Forecast deal flow, architect and negotiate creative deals and partnerships Nurture relationships with benefits brokers and consultants for deeper market penetration Collaborate with regional sales representatives to develop go to market strategies, coordinate market events, and uncover trends in the market A day in the life Candidate must live within the greater San Francisco Bay area (~50 miles). The Colorado base pay for this position ranges from $58,700/year up to $88,300/year. The National base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $97,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
