Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK. General maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Slot Machines and SMS equipment Respond to any machine malfunctions on the casino floor in a timely manner Communicate with Tech level II or higher any machine malfunctions they are unable to fix Effectively communicate with the slot operations team and fellow technicians Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines. Provide answers, explanations and rectify problems as appropriate  Provide a high level of customer service to guests and team members  Understand and adhere to departmental and  company SOPs  Complete required training and development objectives within assigned time frame  Projects a positive attitude and image at all times  Collaborate and work within a team-driven environment  Accurately prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks  Complete required paperwork in a timely manner  Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies  Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter   All other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned    BRING US YOUR BEST. Must be at least 21 years of age  High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required; Technical or Associates Degree preferred  Minimum 6 months’ customer facing experience    PC proficiency  Technical background preferred  Prior experience within slots/VLT department is a plus  Network troubleshooting experience is a plus   STAY IN THE GAME.
