Key Responsibilities:
 
Set up and operate slitter machines to cut material (paper, film, foil, etc.) to precise widthsMonitor machine operations to ensure high-quality outputPerform routine maintenance and troubleshootingAdjust slitting parameters based on material specsFollow safety protocols and company proceduresRecord production data and report any issues 
Qualifications:
 
Previous machine operating or slitter experience preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityBasic math and measurement skillsTeam-oriented and dependable
