SLHE Capture Executive/Senior Manager

Work You'll Do As a SLHE Capture Executive/Senior Manager on Deloitte's GPS Sales Excellence team, you will: + Advise and Strategize: Provide strategic contracting options to account teams, creating competitive advantages in the State, Local, and Higher Education markets. + Lead and Collaborate: Act in a strategic role to add value and provide guidance, fostering collaborations across business areas and building alliances with government and industry partners. + Mentor and Develop: Manage and mentor team members, promoting professional growth and providing consistent guidance and feedback. + Drive Capture and Proposals: Lead capture efforts and collaborate with Pursuit Leaders and Account leadership to submit winning and compliant proposals for new government-wide vehicles. + Position and Shape Opportunities: Conduct discussions with stakeholders to understand requirements and risks and integrate contract vehicle expertise into proposal teams. + Research and Analyze: Utilize research tools to collect historical data, assess competitors, and inform fact-based shaping recommendations. + Promote Eminence: Develop external relationships with government-wide contract administering agencies and industry partners to enhance Deloitte's brand eminence in the acquisition community. + Manage Multiple Projects: Handle multiple concurrent projects, adapting to shifting priorities and stringent deadlines to meet non-negotiable client requirements. Qualifications Required: + 10+ years of experience in government (preferably state level) market in information technology, professional services and / or management and / or business development fields + 7+ years combined experience with any of the following: strategic capture, proposal development and/or costing and pricing, master services agreements (MSAs) vehicles and sole source/single awards + 5+ years as a capture manager developing and leading multiple capture efforts that have won major federal and/or State, Local, Higher Education market contracts totaling at least $250 million in the last 4 years + Experience with contracting, strategic capture, solutions, and proposal development + Bachelor's degree + Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, TEAMS, etc.) + Ability to travel up to 25% based on the work you do and the clients and sectors you serve + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: + Experience with the market research stage of the acquisition lifecycle, including writing or reviewing Requests for Information and/or Sources Sought, writing or reviewing White Papers, and other formats for communicating contract vehicle recommendations + Experience using government contracting tools such as FPDS.gov, Deltek, and/or Bloomberg + Master's Degree + Experience with Shipley Capture/proposal method The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,900 to $268,700.
