Skincare Marketing Manager (1-Year fixed term contract)

Job Mission:
Define Chanel local skincare marketing & investment strategy and ensure all campaign launches are in line with budget planOrchestrate new product launch plan with all related teams/functions.Manage regular skincare portfolio & business and key claimsDevelop plans to further enhance Chanel skincare relevancy & credibilitySupport major skincare events both in orchestration and operation (Cabins, workshops, hotel facial etc)Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute and analyze key learnings on skincare campaigns.Act as a product specialist point of contact for Sales, Training, PR, VM, CRM and other departments in a very collaborative environment.Execute new product's marketing planPrepare and present new product launch plan to related team and POS.Set up campaign strategy & objectives Set up annual sampling & gift plan Manage all aspects of local development including print production, POS materials, and special events. Analyze the campaign report & devise action plans Control campaign budget (campaign expenses & control of all promotional expenses)Be responsible for forecast and inventory management of skincare products.Be responsible for supporting skincare main events (workshop, hotel facial, retail cabins).Analyze and report on skincare market trend and competitors’ activities.Support main budget cycles with necessary reports and strategic insightsRole Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
4 years university degreeGood interpersonal communication skills both in English & KoreanAdvanced knowledge on consumer goods marketing and strong analytical skill (both quantitative and qualitative)Work Experience
Minimum of 4 years+ work experience in cosmetics marketing (skincare experience preferred in Korean local brands or in the international brands which have 3 axis brands)Project management, market and research analysisAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesRequired Competencies
Good communication and presentation skills both in English & KoreanStrong with details and having a good sense of time-linePro-active and creative mindKey Interactions / Stakeholders:
