Continuous Learning and Innovative culture, where curiosity is encouraged and supported. + _Experience_ : Industry specifics/insights, practical/hands-on skills that will be gained, exposure to the latest tools and technologies in the industry. **Education and Experience** + NVQ/City & Guilds or similar vocational qualification in welding & fabrication or relevant engineering subject (Time served will also be considered depending on relevant experience). + Proven experience as a TIG Welder with significant experience with aluminium products. + Familiar with thin gauge sheet metal welding 0.5 – 3.5mm. + Experience working to high tolerance. + Experience working to certified or highly regulated standards is preferred. + Welding certification standards would be advantageous but not essential. **Power & Controls:** We make modern flight possible for millions of travellers and our military every second.  Our major product lines are on-board virtually every aircraft flying.
