JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to start date, as well as providing support in the onboarding process and talent retention through the use of cost effective and time efficient recruiting strategies. This position is accountable for the development of high potential, high performance candidate hires. The role is also be responsible for the
development of proactive recruitment programs and will cultivate relationships with both internal and external customers in the recruiting process.

JOB SCOPE:
Manages a number of business clients supporting specified businesses in specific regions. Typically carries 25 - 45 requisitions at any
given time, not including peak hiring times.

Sr Mgr, Talent Acquisition / Manager, Talent Acquisition
