A mid-sized aerospace company in South Seattle, WA hiring a skilled manufacturing recruiter.
Pay - $31/hr. - $38/hr.
Location - South Seattle, WA (100% Onsite)
Schedule - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
Contract Duration - 6-Month Contract-To-Hire

(Recruitment Support)
Post job openings on various job boards and company platforms. May include direct recruiting using the LinkedIn Recruiter tool.Suggest innovative approaches for candidate sourcing.Screen resumes and applications for specific job openings; conduct initial screening interviews.Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers; coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.Order BG checks and conduct reference verifications for potential candidates.(Employee Onboarding)
Prepare new hire paperwork and orientation materials.Coordinate new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.Collect and verify new hire documentation, including I-9 forms and tax forms.Ensure timely organization of materials, both hard copy and electronic.Identify, propose, and implement improvements to onboarding procedures.(HR Records Management)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in electronic formats.Process employee information changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and confidentiality of sensitive information.(Benefits Administration)
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.Update benefits records and assist with the distribution of benefits materials.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate benefits information is provided to employees.(Compliance and Policies)
Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently followed.Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.(Data Entry and Analysis)
Input employee data accurately into ATS Ultipro.Assist in generating reports and conducting basic data analysis.[Qualification Requirements]
Full Cycle Recruiting experience (high volume).Proficiency with ATS (such as Greenhouse, or other systems using Ultipro/UKG).Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment office setting.Experience recruiting in aerospace, construction, skilled trades, and/or manufacturing is a big plus.Professional, motivated, and energetic demeanor.Strong organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).Comfortable submitting to a drug test (including THC testing) upon onboarding.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tukwila, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.00 - $38.00/hr.
