Must be able to work alone as well as with other team members. Able to communicate and speak well with customers and team members. Must be proficient in basic computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Have considerable knowledge and input in budgeting and spending for buildings and projects. Preference will be given to those individuals with progressive work experience in the Skilled Trades Field.
