Under the direction of the Director-Facilities, perform a variety of skilled maintenance repair work on District buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds which may include performing tasks in skilled carpentry, cabinet making and related work in the repair, alteration, construction, installation and maintenance of equipment and structures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school or equivalent GED and two years performing a variety of maintenance work in the building maintenance trade. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid California Class C driver’s license. Applicants who successfully pass the paper screening will be notified via email to participate in a written examination.
