Job Title: Skilled Laborer
Job Description

We are seeking skilled laborers to join a site work crew on various projects in Richmond, VA. This role requires individuals with 1-2 years of experience in construction who are proficient in operating lighter equipment such as skidsteers, rollers, and articulated dump trucks.

ResponsibilitiesShovel dirt and maintain clean work areas.Move materials efficiently on site.Operate skidsteers, loaders, articulated dump trucks, and rollers.Essential SkillsExperience in construction and site work.Proficiency in operating lighter equipment such as skidsteers.Familiarity with hand and power tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications2 years of construction/site work experience.Comfortable working in various weather conditions.1 year experience operating lighter equipment like skidsteers.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work is scheduled Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm. Projects are located around the Richmond, VA area. Expect to work outdoors in various conditions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montpelier, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
