Construction Skilled Laborer

Description: If you're looking for a job ASAP and have experience in construction, then this is the position for you! A leading construction company is looking for Skilled Construction Laborers to join the team and assist with installing utilities such as water, sewer, and sanitary pipes, as well as setting up concrete forms for water chambers. The company is looking for laborers to start right away, so we will provide a rapid interview process to get you working as soon as possible!

Responsibilities:

Handle cleanup with shovels and other hand toolsSet forms for concrete structures, particularly water chambersPerform heavy lifting of 50–70 lbs regularlyInstall utilities, including water, sewer, and sanitary pipesLay pipes and conduct utility construction workWork in a team to complete tasks efficiently under the guidance of a foreman

Essential Skills:

12+ months of recent job tenure in constructionAbility to handle long hours in adverse weather conditionsComfortable lifting 50–70 lbs regularlyValid driver's license and reliable transportation

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Utility experience is preferredExperience in pipe laying is preferredConcrete experience is preferredAbility to work outside in varying weather conditions

Experience Level:

Intermediate–Expert Level

Location:

Meet at the shop daily and travel to job sites in a company van (Omaha, NE)


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $32.00/hr.
