Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. This role involves rebar assembly and working with concrete, requiring proficiency in blueprint reading, MIG welding, fabrication, and assembly/production processes. The position offers stable work with advancement opportunities and pay increases based on tenure and performance.

ResponsibilitiesPerform rebar assembly and cage building tasks.Work with concrete and rebar materials.Conduct quality checks and ensure accuracy in all assembly processes.Operate various machines and tools necessary for assembly and fabrication.Read and interpret blueprints to guide assembly and fabrication tasks.Essential SkillsProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.Experience with MIG welding and fabrication.Ability to perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.Skill in operating machines related to assembly and production.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior experience in assembly and manufacturing environments.Comfortable working in industrial settings with varying temperatures.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is industrial, with conditions that are hot in the summer and cold in the winter, yet well-ventilated and fairly clean for a weld/assembly shop. The position is full-time on the 1st shift, starting from 5 AM to 1:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Royersford, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
