A hands-on worker who enjoys diagnosing problems and fixing things Self-driven, responsible, and eager to grow in a skilled trade Strong mechanical aptitude—especially if you’ve worked with tools or in maintenance/repair before Flexible with working hours and open to learning new types of repairs to expand your workload Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs safely and perform daily physical tasks Comfortable using an iPhone and mobile app for part orders and job updates High school diploma or GED required EPA Certification (Type I or Universal) is a plus—we’ll help you get certified if needed Must pass a background check and drug screening, and have a valid driver’s licenseApply now and start your technician journey with Sears Home Services!
