Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Process Improvement Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for driving operational excellence, solving complex problems, and influencing change through data driven insights. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements that enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead process improvement initiatives across various business units using Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologiesAnalyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvementCollaborate with stakeholders to define problems, develop business cases, and gain buy-in for improvement initiativesFacilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and Kaizen eventsTrack and report on project progress, outcomes, and ROIDevelop and deliver clear, compelling presentations and reports to leadership and cross-functional teamsSupport change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processesMinimum Requirements
2+ years experience managing projects and/or process improvement initiativesCritical Skills
Proven track record in project management and process improvement initiatives, with demonstrated financial and/or non-financial benefitsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and collaborate across all levels of an organizationSkilled at navigating ambiguity and helping teams reach clarity and actionable decisionsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendationsExceptional time management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 applicationsAdditional Knowledge and Skills
Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for problem-solvingExperience in healthcare, supply chain, or distribution environmentsFamiliarity with change management principles and toolsThrive in fast-paced environment and juggle priorities with easeSkilled in Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, Smartsheet, and AI-driven toolsPMP and Lean Six Sigma credentials preferredEducation
