**_Sitework Foreman – Heavy Equipment & Grading_** **Location:** Bel Air, MD (Projects throughout Baltimore & surrounding areas) **Pay:** $30–$35 per hour (based on experience) **Schedule:** Full-Time | 40+ hours/week **Job Summary:** Ultimate LLC is seeking an experienced **Sitework Foreman** to lead crews on site development projects based out of **Bel Air, MD** . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy equipment (dozers, mini excavators, skid steers), fine grading, and supervising field teams. Projects include **retaining wall prep, pond muck-outs, and general excavation** . **Key Responsibilities:** + Supervise and coordinate daily activities of equipment operators and laborers. + Operate heavy equipment as needed (dozers, mini excavators, skid steers). + Ensure quality control on fine grading and excavation work. + Read and interpret site plans, grades, and project specifications. + Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety protocols. + Perform and oversee equipment inspections and maintenance. + Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors. + Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. **Requirements:** + 5+ years of experience in site development and heavy equipment operation. + 2+ years of supervisory or foreman-level experience. + Strong leadership and communication skills. + Proficiency in fine grading and excavation techniques. + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. + Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical labor. + Must pass drug test and background check. + PPE required (hard hat, vest, steel toe boots). **Preferred Qualifications:** + CDL Class A or B (a plus). + Experience with retaining wall prep and pond work. + OSHA 10/30 certification. + Familiarity with GPS machine control systems. **Benefits:** + Weekly pay via direct deposit. + Health, dental, and vision insurance. + 401(k) with company match. + Paid time off and holidays. + Paid training and advancement opportunities. + Long-term, steady work with a growing company.
