Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. At its core, datacenter availability isn't just a metric, but a promise of continuity. It is imperative to identify availability improvements & opportunities across Microsoft datacenters. This goal will continually allow our operational cloud to scale in a safe, secure, and reliable manner for our customers.

The Site Transition Program Manager (STP) will support a strategic program within Microsoft’s Core Datacenter Services, designed to build the foundation for consistent operations, so that new sites and teams don’t have to invent processes from scratch, they’re handed a ready-made playbook to enable them to achieve Day 1 Operational Readiness. 

This role is open for one of the following locations -Redmond, WA, Phoenix, AZ, Atlanta, GA, Virginia , VA, Des Moines, IA, Mount Pleasant, WI, or Chicago, IL. 

This role is for fully remote work.
