We're now looking for an MHE Trainer to deliver high quality training and assessments, ensuring all colleagues are competent, compliant and confident in safe operation.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nIdentify, co-ordinate and conduct all warehouse training requirements within the Operation\nTo conduct/co-ordinate training for all colleagues on all operational processes, including SSOW, MHE (Reach, Counterbalance, LLOP, PPT)\nMonitor and review the training effectiveness through questionnaires and management feedback\nTo provide appropriate reports and training plans alongside ideas for improvements\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nIdeally will have MHE experience or training experience within a warehouse environment\nRTITB Accredited Fork Lift Training desired\nStrong safety mindset - safety or training experience would be advantageous\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver both positive and constructive feedback effectively and empathetically\nIT literate - use of Microsoft Office and internal systems to update training records\n\n
