**Site Supervisor - Colorado Springs** _We offer a full benefits package, PTO, weekly pay, and more!_ **Location:** Colorado Springs, CO **Pay:** $20.00/hour **Schedule:** Mon - Fri 7AM - 3PM We help make your world a safer place. The **Security Site Supervisor** functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations. **What your Day May Look Like:** + Greet client employee’s, site visitors, vendors, client, and aid as needed. + Conduct internal patrol and/or external mobile patrol when needed to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, blocked ingress and egress, mechanical problems, unauthorized persons, inspects grounds using appropriate equipment and protective gear. + Monitor entrance/exits and provide guidance to site visitors, and/or vendors. + Complete daily activity (DAR), incident reports and logs via Securitas and client systems. + Provide an atmosphere in which all site visitor's, client employees, client, and Management know their needs are being met. + Operates in a calm manner and directs persons who cause disruption to leave property. + Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations; sets up barriers and signage, and provides direction or information to others. + Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to client, Company Management, or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the site. + Acts to ensure that all property removal is conducted within appropriate policy requirements and in accord with client standards. + Carries out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site. We are driven by a clear corporate culture and purpose, which helps us live according to our values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. These values are at the heart of our culture, help define who we are and guide our actions. **Position Requirements:** + High school diploma or GED + Must be at least 18 years of age or older + Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection, and response services + Intermediate to advanced computer / technology skills needed + Security, military, or law enforcement experience a plus! + Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus. + Ability to cover shifts as needed. + Must have reliable transportation, Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record due to required mobile patrol. Sites may not be accessible by public transportation due to shift and/or location. + Must be able to obtain Colorado Springs Guard Card license and maintain it every year.
