We’re looking for a Site Supervisor in the residential and mixed-use development industry.

Our client is an established and fast-growing real estate development firm based in Winnipeg. With multiple residential and commercial projects underway, they are seeking a hands-on and organized Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations and ensure every project reflects the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism. This is a key role within a company poised for significant growth.

Site Supervisor responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple active construction projects, including single-family, multi-family, and commercial builds Ensure every site meets high standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, and timeliness Coordinate and hold trades, suppliers, and site personnel accountable for quality, schedule, and site conduct Complete accurate daily site logs and required safety documentation Manage and track material orders, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryConduct regular site inspections and proactively address delays, deficiencies, or safety issues Communicate clearly and consistently with the Operations Manager, trades, and suppliers Step in with basic cordless tools to handle minor on-site tasks when requiredMaintain accurate documentation and assist with inspection and permit processes Lead by example and demonstrate professionalism, humility, and a strong work ethic
The successful candidate has:
Proven experience in construction management, site supervision, or a related role Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and hold trades accountable Solid knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control Possesses a basic set of cordless tools for on-site problem solving A solutions-focused mindset, grounded in professionalism and teamwork Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
