Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Onsite

What You’ll Do

Job duties are subject to be performed at multiple localized sites.Perform Bio Safety Cabinet Quarterly cleanings and PMs.Perform Incubator Quarterly cleanings and PMs.Perform Freezer Defrost cycles and PMs.Coordinate with multiple lab Managers to maintain the equipment maintenance schedule.Update Equipment Maintenance Log.Collaborate with supervisors to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.Participate in safety initiatives (Haz IDs, JDIs, incident reporting).Suggest and implement process improvements.Support onboarding and training new team members.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

High School diploma required; college degree preferred.1+ year of laboratory experience preferred.Customer service experience is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to work independently.Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.Willingness to work in varied environments (cold rooms, hazardous materials, PPE required).Ability to work overtime as needed.
