Job Description
As a MAC Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting relocations, logistic moves, furniture reconfigurations, and IT systems for moves. Your primary focus will be on Mac Support and coordination with our Occupancy Planners. This position demands a strong customer service focus and interaction with both the client site population and vendors.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in implementing relocations, logistic moves, furniture reconfigurations, and IT systems for people moves.Provide superior customer service and support for day-to-day activities, space-related inquiries, and project support for large moves.Manage and coordinate MAC work orders, including internal office moves and large group moves.Implement move plans in accordance with approved occupancy plans to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.Support the installation and reconfiguration of furniture for small and large group moves.Coordinate with project managers to ensure work is delivered within the agreed timeframe and scope.Manage all MAC tasks, schedules, and communication plans.Ensure all moves adhere to documented processes and schedules.Support change management related to evolving workspace configurations and work styles.Evaluate and suggest improvements to move processes and vendor performance.Essential SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience in space planning, schedule planning, and project management.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in inventory control and supply chain management.Strong customer service focus and ability to provide direct assistance to the client population.Work Environment
This role is highly interactive with the client site population and vendors. It requires a strong customer service focus. You will work closely with Occupancy Planners and project managers to ensure seamless execution of moves and space-related projects.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Rochester, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
