Job Purpose  

The purpose of this role is to oversee the security operations of Al Ahram Beverages Company (ABC). The Site Security Manager implements security procedures, and supervises security officers and guards. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities 

Creates the plant & WHs security plan & conduct risk assessments. 

Acts in accordance with the risk assessment matrix.  

Reports & Prepares and analyzes monthly incident reports in order to prevent recurrence. 

Acts as a security problem solver and specialist in all security-related topics. 

Ensures that plant & WH security plans are updated on a yearly basis 

Ensures the availability of security equipment (CCTV, Barrier Gate, Handy) and performs preventative maintenance to keep it in good working order. 

Communicates with police and local governmental officials to ensure the safety of the site's location. 

Secures plants and Wh locations. 

Ensures that all CCT licenses are renewed and current. 

Reduces distribution toll rates for trucks and vehicles in collaboration with the Ministry of Defense. 

Ensures that any materials/prducts etc entering or existing the plant ot warehouse have the necessary approvals based on the authority matrix.  

 

Qualifications: 

Graduate of Police Faculty 

Police backgroud and min 5 years of experience as Security in different industries, FMCG is a plus

Must have worked in Red Sea Police H.Q, specifically Hurghada.
