What you can look forward to as Site Safety (SHE Leader)(m/f/d):

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations. Develop and maintain EHS policies and procedures to safeguard employees and the environment. Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks effectively. Spearhead sustainability programs, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and carbon footprint reduction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and achieve sustainability goals. Develop and deliver EHS and sustainability training programs for all employees, fostering a culture of safety and sustainability awareness. Engage with the local community and relevant stakeholders to promote sustainability efforts and foster positive relationships.
 

Your profile as Site Safety (SHE Leader)(m/f/d):

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 8 to 10 years of experience in plant EHS management with a proven track record of successful program development and implementation. Knowledge of local environmental regulations and sustainability best practices. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams. A commitment to diversity and inclusion, with a passion for driving positive change in the workplace.
