Job Title: Site Safety InspectorJob Description We are seeking a motivated Site Safety Inspector to work during the day shift, responsible for conducting safety inspections across various project sites and compiling comprehensive reports. The role also involves assisting in the development and review of Health and Safety procedures, conducting safety-related training, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities + Conduct safety inspections at various project sites. + Develop detailed reports following each inspection. + Assist in the development and review of Health and Safety procedures and programs. + Conduct safety-related training sessions. + Provide compliance assistance to projects. + Ensure all safety requirements of the Building Code and OSHA are met. Essential Skills + Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project safety. + Reliable transportation for travel to various sites. + OSHA 30 certification. + Knowledge of relevant safety requirements including OSHA, NYC DOB, NYC DEP, DOT, and local, state, and federal safety regulations. + Experience in conducting safety inspections. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Safety Training and Certifications. + SST Card. + CHST or CSP preferred. Work Environment The Site Safety Inspector will work on projects throughout the five boroughs, with operational hours from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
