Job Title: Site Safety and Health OfficerJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Manager with a minimum of five years in the safety field to join our team. The Safety Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our trade partners and collaborating with project teams to develop and maintain an effective safety program.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct regular inspections and audits of sites and offices.
+ Manage the Safety and Health Program effectively.
+ Conduct safety training sessions for personnel and trade partners.
+ Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture across the organization.
+ Track leading and lagging safety indicators to ensure compliance.
+ Investigate incidents and maintain detailed documentation.
Essential Skills
+ Five or more years of experience in a safety role, preferably in construction.
+ Proficiency in safety protocols, including OSHA 30, site safety, and first aid.
+ Certification in fall protection, EM385, CHST, OSHA 30, CPR, and EM385.
+ Strong verbal communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
+ Excellent listening skills and attention to detail in documentation.
+ Understanding of industry-relevant Spanish.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, and various software.
+ Security clearance for federal projects is required.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Preferred experience with CQC, USACE, NAVFAC, OSHA 500, and federal construction safety.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
